Direct Support
The quality of our services stems not only from our reliable equipment. It is also due to the expertise and commitment of our employees. Their ample international experience means they are familiar with conditions in many overseas countries. Our engineers work under the most diverse conditions using mobile ‘plug and play’ workshops fully equipped with tools (including special tools, compressors, generators and other materials) to guarantee minimum idle time on location. On request we can support customers by providing instructors/operators to give local operators thorough training. To keep our engineers up to date with the latest techniques they are being trained on a regular base.
Indirect Support and Logistics
In Hoorn we have technical and logistics departments to assist and support our projects. The technical department backs up employees working on projects in such fields as answers to technical questions, dealing with changing work situations, providing solutions for the changing deployment of equipment and Machine Improvement and Modification Information etc. A team of mechanics stands ready 24 hours a day to resolve equipment faults as quickly as possible. Our completely automated logistics department allows us to respond quickly to a need for parts during a project.

Door hun ruime internationale ervaring zijn zij bekend met de omstandigheden in vele overzeese landen. Onze technici werken onder de meest uiteenlopende omstandigheden met behulp van “Plug and Play” mobiele werkplaatsen, die volledig zijn uitgerust met (speciale) gereedschappen, compressoren, generatoren en andere materialen om ter plaatse een minimum aan stilstand te kunnen bewerkstelligen. Wij kunnen, desgewenst, de klant ondersteunen door te zorgen voor een instructeur/operator om de lokale operators een gedegen training te geven. Onze engineers worden regelmatig bijgeschoold.
Indirect Support and Logistics
In Hoorn beschikken wij over een technische en logistieke afdeling die onze projecten begeleiden en ondersteunen. De technische afdeling ondersteunt de medewerkers op de projecten onder andere op het gebied van technische vraagstukken, (veranderende) werksituaties en oplossingen voor (veranderende) inzet van materieel. Een team van monteurs staan 24 uur per dag klaar om op de projecten binnen Europa zo snel mogelijk storingen op te lossen aan materieel. Onze volledig geautomatiseerde logistieke afdeling stelt ons in staat snel te reageren op de onderdelenbehoefte van het project.

For this purpose we have our own design and construct department. They can assist you with your initial demand to a reliable solution.
Design and Construct
Besides modifying equipment and manufacturing attachments for our own use, the Snijder engineering department works for third parties. Among other things we design and construct booms, pallet forks, buckets, brackets, extend and widen undercarriages, modify ballast weight, raise cabins and so on.
Our many years of experience in deploying earthmoving machines for use worldwide and our specialization in modifying the features of our machines makes us the ideal partner for translating your needs into an optimum design. The short lines of communication within our company and the personal contacts between the customer and our engineering department enable us to adapt quickly to deliver optimum service to our customers. At customer’s request our products can be assembled on-site by one of our experienced mechanics.

To support our customers in the field of water management Snijder has multiple large pump units in its rental fleet.
These pump sets with capacities of more than 10000m3/hr are among the largest mobile sets in the world. Because the units are built in a 20ft container frame they are easy to transport. Thanks to the strong motor and efficient pump the use of these pump units results in a very favorable total price per cubic meter of pumped water. Modern engines, which comply with the latest emission requirements and a noise damping cabinet, provide a worldwide deployable unit. Because of the modular construction of the units it is also possible, for example, to mount a high pressure- or a dredging pump.
